RESPONSIBILITIES 

To adhere to and maintain the highest possible standards of the training program, and to the standards of the American Montessori Society ;

To deliver the Early Childhood Montessori Teacher Training curriculums being offered by the IMTI and/or as a part of any supplementary trainings or Professional Development being offered by IMTI ;

To discuss with the Executive Director of the IMTI and/or the Academic Consultant of Wisdom International Education Group on a regular basis as to the progress and development of these courses and their staffing ;

To provide training in all areas of the Montessori curriculum as the IMTI training schedule requires with a minimum of 2 core subjects being delivered in the Early Childhood Montessori Teacher Training ;

To provide training for internal staff of the Wisdom schools .

QUALIFICATIONS 

1.A Montessori credential at the level of instruction ;
2.Five or more years of teaching experience in a classroom with children following receipt of the credential at the level of instruction
3.A Montessori credential at any level ;
4.Five or more years of teaching experience at the level of the credential(s) in a classroom with children, following receipt of the credential(s) ;
5.Documented evidence of expertise and experience in the course subject ;
6.For Montessori core and foundational curriculum instructors: current AMS membership ;
7.Competence in those areas of curriculum for which they are responsible ;
8.Evidence of continuing professional development ;
9.Teaching experience with adults .

Salary is commensurate with experience.  Benefits package includes a monthly housing allowance, annual air ticket allowance.  Worldwide Medical Health Insurance is included, excluding USA coverage.  School will sponsor a “Z” visa for successful candidates.  All international and local holidays with pay.
