​11月16日，我们再次迎来了天津城市职业学院与威德国际教育集团校企合作——蒙台梭利助教课程的毕业典礼。

On Nov. 16th, the graduation ceremony of Montessori Teaching Assistant Training Program (a School-Enterprise cooperation program between Tianjin City Vocational College and Wisdom Group) was held once more.

出席本次毕业典礼的来宾有：北师大国职院培训中心主任苏勇飞先生、北师大国职院蒙台梭利教育分院国际培训中心教学主任张瑜女士、北京蒙台梭利国际学校（MSB）幼儿组教学主任Frances女士、天津城市职业学院人文系系主任吕春晖女士、姜培培、李美慧老师以及35名可爱的毕业生。

The honored guests attended were: Mr. Su Yongfei, Director of National Institute of Vocational Education of Beijing Normal University （Abbr. NIVE）; Madam Jessie Zhang, Academic Director of IMTI, the international training center of National Institute of Montessori Education, National Institute of Vocational Education, Beijing Normal University (Abbr. NIME); Madam Frances Chowles, Academic Director of Kindergarten of MSB; Madam Lv Chunhui, Director of Humanities Department of Tianjin City Vocational College; MS. Jiang Peipei, Li Meihui, teachers of Tianjin City Vocational College, and their 35 students.

北师大国职院培训中心主任苏勇飞先生首先上台为本届毕业生致辞。苏勇飞老师对国职院的职能及定位进行了介绍，让我们深深感受到作为教育工作者的无限责任感和成就感。他提到，“蒙台梭利教育分院与天津城市学院的合作已经进入第六个年头（第六期合作），这些年取得了很好的效果，学员收获满满，对蒙台梭利教育分院优质的教学方案、丰富的教学内容、雄厚的师资力量和多样化的学习模式给予了高度认可。在这个过程中，学员们也展现了良好的学习风貌，感谢天津城市学院的老师和学员对我们服务的支持和肯定。最后，他还嘱咐学员们在未来的教育道路上，要以北师大的四个好老师标准——“道德情操、理想信念、扎实学识、仁爱之心”和威德教育集团的“威自善来，德行天下”为价值观来要求自己，坚守信念、志存高远。

Mr. Su Yongfei addressed to the students. He introduced the functions and targets of National Institute of Vocational Education. We couldn’t help to thinking of the responsibilities and accomplishments of teachers. He said, “It is the sixth session of the cooperation program between Wisdom Group and Tianjin City Vocational College. Through the cooperation, we fostered numerous qualified Montessori teaching assistants. The excellent teaching manuals, teaching methods, contents and excellent teachers of NIME were highly appraised. Thank you for the support and recognition from the teachers and students of Tianjin City Vocational College.” At last, he shared the standards of good teacher defined by Beijing Normal University – “virtue, faith, knowledge, kindness”, and the value of Wisdom Group, “Strength comes from kindness, Virtue is welcomed everywhere”.

接下来，天津城市学院人文系系主任吕春晖老师致辞并介绍毕业生情况。“非常高兴见证第六届毕业班的毕业典礼！天津城市学院与威德国际教育集团多年来进行了卓有成效的合作，威德国际教育集团设计的培训课程，很好地解决了学员如何对接未来岗位、如何落地生根发芽等问题，进班观察更是让学员对蒙台梭利教育教学法和如何成为一名助教有了更深的认知，感谢威德国际教育集团！”她并且以威德国际教育集团旗下嘉德蒙台梭利双语幼儿园的教育理念——“嘉和育爱，德善为师”与同学们共勉，并向在场的老师和学员汇报了天津城市学院幼儿发展集团管理被评为“十三五重点”等诸多成绩，并表示希望双方能在幼儿教育发展专业合作上再上一个台阶。

Then, Madam Lv Chunhui gave a speech. She said, “I’m so glad to attend the sixth session of graduation ceremony. The cooperation between Wisdom Group and Tianjin City Vocational College is marvelous. The training program designed by Wisdom group help the students to put their knowledge into daily work. To observe the classroom of JDM help the students understand how to be a good teaching assistant. Please accept my appreciation to Wisdom Group”. She shared the education idea of JDM with students, “Love comes from nice and harmony, virtue and kindness are teachers”. She also announced that the early childhood education program of Tianjin City Vocational College was recognized as “the important program of 13^th Five Years’ Development Plan of Tianjin”. She wished that both sides could cooperate more deeply in the future.
